Terms of return (3 Days from Date of Purchase or Date of Receipt - Live Bait cannot be returned after purchase)
State of return (clearance items, open packages, clothes, live bait cannot be returned)
Reason for return (damaged or wrong product)

Process of refund (Refunds will be issued according to original payment or store credit (Rod and Reel combos are returned for store credit only)
